This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the ConceptCampus.ca website and the Concept Campus Service (collectively “the Concept Campus Service” or “the Service”), as well as your relationship with Concept Campus Tech Corporation This policy is part of Concept Campus.ca Terms of Service. By using our Service, you agree to both our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
This Privacy Policy may change over time. If we make minor changes to it without materially changing your rights, we will post the modified Policy on our website. We will notify you by email, through the Concept Campus Service, or by presenting you with a new Privacy Policy to accept if we make a modification that materially changes your rights. When you use the Concept Campus Service after a modification is posted, you are telling us that you accept the modified terms.
Children (persons under the age of 16) are not permitted to use the ConceptCampus.ca service, and so this privacy policy makes no provision for children's use of the site. We do not intentionally collect information from minors under 13. For a ConceptCampus.ca Recruiter account, all transactions and account setup and maintenance will occur offline for annual campaigns or online for single job postings and subscriptions to the ConceptCampus.ca service.
ConceptCampus.ca automatically receives and records information on our server logs from our users’ browsers, including your IP address, cookie, and the page(s) you request.
ConceptCampus.ca uses information for the following general purposes: provision of products and services, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, and anonymous reporting.

IP Addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. Your IP address is stored in our user registration databases when you register with ConceptCampus.ca.

You may request to delete your ConceptCampus.ca account at any time by logging in or contacting us directly; however, please note that your identification, billing and contact information may remain in ConceptCampus.ca records for some period.
We limit access to personal information about you to ConceptCampus.ca employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs or to comply with a request from you regarding your ConceptCampus.ca account or your User Content.
